飛行可能な零戦二二型が70年ぶりの帰国 Flyable A6M3-22 return to Japan byond 70 years.

米国で日本人が所有していた零式艦上戦闘機（零戦）が５日、日本に「帰国」した。今も飛べる機体で、
６年がかりの実現。戦後７０年の来年、平和を願う国内飛行を目指す。

機体は三菱重工業製の２２型で、パプアニューギニアで見つかり、米国人が購入し、ロシアでエンジンなど
多くの部品を交換して飛行可能な状態に修復された。栃木県出身でニュージーランド在住の石塚政秀さん（５３）
が２００８年に購入。「日本の技術力を世界に示したものづくりの原点」と日本への輸送を企画した。
だが、年間３千万円の維持費がかかり難航。１００人以上の協力と資金援助を得て、ようやく実現した。

A flyable A6M3-22 owned by a Japanese in United States returned to his homeland on November 5.
This plane was found in Papua New Guinea, an American bought it, he restored to flyable condition
with replacing the engine and other many parts in Russia. Mr. Ishizuka who live in New Zealand purchased it
in 2008, and he attempted to bring it to Japan, but it was stagnating caused financial reason.
He could carry on his project by a hundred donators and much cooperation.
This Zero Fighter will be exhibited at Saitama Super Arena from November 21 to 24.
